Rutabaga Paddlesports offers free or reduced rate Ground shipping on selected items shipped to the contiguous United States and APO Boxes during shipping promotions.i. The carrier used during free shipping promotions will be chosen at the discretion of Rutabaga Paddlesports.
ii. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and internationally are not eligible for shipping promotions.
iii. Oversize items such as boats and cargo boxes are not eligible for shipping promotions.
