Return Policy:

    

You may return products within 30 days of your purchase for any reason.


                i. An extended return policy is in effect for the holidays for orders received between November 15 and December 25.

    A receipt must accompany all returns or Rutabaga must be able to track the purchase through customer information.

    Returned products, including packaging, must be in “new-sellable” condition.

    Please include a description of the reason for your return.

    Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase, a refund check, or merchandise credit will be issued.

                i. Refunds issued to credit cards may take up to 72 hours to be processed.

    Rutabaga Paddlesports reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on returns of special order items.

    

Used footwear must be returned in clean, wearable condition. Please remove any dirt, mud or other debris before returning footwear.

    

Sales of clearance or closeout items ending in .99 are considered final and not eligible for return.

    

If you are shipped an incorrect product with your order, you will be reimbursed for any return shipping costs incurred.


                i. Please contact customerservice@rutabaga.com ℅ Shipping in the event of a misshipment. Return shipping                    labels may be sent electronically or with the correct product when it is shipped.
                ii. Any return shipping charges, other than those in the event of a misshipment, are your responsibility.
