RackHaus was born out of Rutabaga, the world's premiere paddlesports shop. The simple problem was this: if people couldn't transport boats, they wouldn't purchase them as readily, so we became rack experts real quick. We also installed all the racks we sold (again, it was to solve our transportation problem), so we learned what works well for not just boats but for bikes, skis, and snowboards too. Since we've been selling racks as long as Yakima has been making them, we're prepared to help you solve your toy transportation problems.
We stand behind what we sell. If it doesn't work, we'll make it right. Ship it back to us and we'll credit you, replace the part, or exchange it for what works. We love Yakima and Thule products. As their agents, we gladly accept constructive criticism, and often pass it along to the engineers who eat and breathe this stuff. If you have a problem, let us know - we’re right here.
