Mo Kappes | | Posted: Jul 2, 2007 This boat is fast and fun! At 17' and a width of 20.5", it is sleek, fast, and surprisingly, stable. I am prone to tipping sea kayaks on shore simply attempting to get in them, but the Force 3 is very stable and keeps me from having any tipping problems. It has excellent secondary stability as well. It can be put it on edge and held there with relative ease. Water pours in when not wearing a skirt, but it still stays on edge and does not waver. Try this boat out--you won't be disappointed! |

Marit Haug | | Posted: Oct 30, 2006 This boat is perfect for a smaller paddler. This is a lean machine, (by which I mean it is long and narrow). This makes it a very fast kayak. The reduced rocker and narrow shape make it excellent for rough waters. I was impressed with its ability to carve turns, and lean on edge. The shallow V-hull and soft chines are confidence-inspiring in most paddling situations. I love this kayak. |
