A. Order Processing- In-stock orders received before 2:00 PM CST will ship the same day. Most orders received after 2:00 PM CST will ship the next business day.
i. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
B. Out of Stock Products- You will be kept apprised via email and/or telephone of any out of stock products in your order.
i. You may cancel your order containing out of stock products at any time before the product ships by notifying us via email or telephone.
C. Shipping Area and Carriers- Most accessory (non-boat or cargo box) orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please examine the UPS Ground Shipping Map for timetables within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.

i. You may choose to ship your order using UPS Next-Day Air or 2nd Day Air. Additional charges apply.
ii. Orders being sent to US PO Boxes or APO Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
iii. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii need to be processed manually to ensure that you get the best rate possible. Please call (608-223-9300) or email (customerservice@rutabaga.com ℅ Shipping) Rutabaga Paddlesports during business hours for service options and rates.
a. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free or reduced rate shipping promotions.
b. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be handled by UPS or USPS.
c. Expedited shipping may not be available for destinations in Alaska or Hawaii.
iv. International Shipping- Currently Canada is the only international shipping destination for Rutabaga Paddlesports.

b. Orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for free or reduced rate shipping promotions.
c. Orders shipped to Canada will be handled by USPS.
d. Expedited shipping may not be available for destinations in Canada.
e. Additional international shipping destinations may become available in the future.
D. Oversize Shipping- Oversized items such as boats and cargo boxes are shipped via a freight broker.
i. Orders for oversize products must be processed manually.

E. Shipping Promotions- Rutabaga Paddlesports offers free or reduced rate shipping on selected items shipped to the contiguous United States and APO Boxes during shipping promotions.
i. The carrier used during free shipping promotions will be chosen at the discretion of Rutabaga Paddlesports.
ii. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and internationally are not eligible for shipping promotions.
iii. Oversize items such as boats and cargo boxes are not eligible for shipping promotions.
iv. Rutabaga Paddlesports reserves the right to cancel or change shipping promotions at any time.

A. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order.
i. This confirmation is a record of your transaction but does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
ii. Please keep the email confirmation in your records for reference should any issues arise in the processing of your order.
iii. Rutabaga reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

A. You may return products within 30 days of your purchase for any reason.
B. A receipt must accompany all returns or Rutabaga must be able to track the purchase through customer information.
C. Please include a description of the reason for your return.
D. Returned products, including packaging, must be in “new-sellable” condition.
E. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase, a refund check, or merchandise credit will be issued.
i. Refunds issued to credit cards may take up to 72 hours to be processed.
F. Rutabaga Paddlesports reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on returns of special order items.
G. Sales of clearance or closeout items with prices ending in .99 are considered final and not eligible for return.
H. If you are shipped an incorrect product with your order, you will be reimbursed for any return shipping costs incurred.
i. Please contact customerservice@rutabaga.com ℅ Shipping in the event of a misshipment. Return shipping labels may be sent electronically or with the correct product when it is shipped.
ii. Any return shipping charges, other than those in the event of a misshipment, are your responsibility. |

A. Should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error on our site, Rutabaga Paddlesports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
i. Any such order may be refused or cancelled whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.
ii. You will be notified via email or telephone if your order is cancelled due to a typographical error.
iii. If your credit card has been charged for the cancelled order, your account will be credited the incorrect price as soon as possible. |
