International Shipping

• International orders outside of Canada must be placed over the phone by calling the Rutabaga International Sales Team (RIST) in the US at 608.223.9300 X 243. If you are not able to reach us immediately by phone, please email RIST atjoev@rutabaga.com

• We ship all international orders via USPS and shipping totals are determined on a case-by-case basis by the International Sales Team. You will be notified and consulted regarding shipping charges before your order is processed.
• International orders are subject to taxes, duties and broker fees.
• Shipping totals quoted to you in US dollars do not include fees placed on an order in customs clearance.
• Payment may be made by major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
• Rutabaga will gladly accept the return of an item that you are not completely satisfied with provided the item is in new, sellable condition. However, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Rutabaga. We recommend using shipping services which allow the item to be tracked and/or insured. This will make certain that the merchandise to be returned reaches Rutabaga securely.
