Great boots! rating
These Mukluk Light boots are just exactly what I was looking for. I needed a high top boot to enable portage of My canoe in and out of the occasional muck and water up to 12" or a little more without the risk of running water over the boot tops. My requirements were that the boots be light, comfortable, flexible, easy to get on and off and tall enough to get the canoe out away from the shore a bit before letting it down. I found no other boots which filled all of My requirements. These Mukluk Lights do and they are truly great. They even look like the true high quality they are. I particularly like the easy to use cinch strap at the to which will help to keep debris and a great deal of water out. The smoother sole is very effective, yet very flexible. I did not want a pair of typical work boots with the common stiff sole. These will last a long time. You won't be disappointed.
