Description

Bending Branches has combined the beauty and flexibility of a wooden blade with a lightweight carbon shaft to create an aesthetically pleasing paddle that's easy on the shoulders. The Navigator weighs just 27 ounces, which makes it lighter than some other composite paddles and the black willow blade is beautiful. The combination of materials provides a unique flex in the water that makes for incredibly smooth paddling and each blade tip is reinforced with fiberglass to add durability that's not seen in most lightweight paddles on the market.

Great paddle rating
I have been solo kayaking from Northern Maine to Key West. I am currently in Daytona Florida on my final leg to mile marker zero. I have been paddling in the ocean, canals, rivers, bays, and the AICW. I paddle 6 to 8 hours a day. I have to say that I would not have gotten this far without it. I estimate that with all the ins and out and following the coast I have paddled about 4600 miles with 500 to go. This is a great testimony to the quality of this paddle to have endured this trip.
