Yoga for Paddlers

Age: 16 and Older
Learn how to do strength training and flexibility movement to improve your core strength and overall flexibility needed for paddling. Learn movement to increase mobility that is appropriate for your body type. This is an active, 1 hour on land session to warm up the body.
Bring a mat or towel and blanket. Chairs will be available for modifications. Lead by Patty Boucher, ERYT500 yoga instructor and avid paddler.
