Because friends don't let friends ride foam, Little Bay Boards is dedicated to creating eco-friendly paddle boards, built to last a lifetime.

Rooted near the shores of the Little Traverse Bay in Petoskey Michigan, Little Bay Boards hand selects both locally grown White Cedar and Pacific Red Cedar woods to construct strong, lightweight, and breathtakingly beautiful, wooden paddle boards.

Each piece of sustainably forested wood is hand-milled, tuned to perfection, and precisely placed right where it should be. Through grain patterns, knots and epic natural color tones, our boards tell us a story and we listen.

These paddle boards are rideable art, made with natural materials and a hollow core, allowing its riders to feel a resonance and experience a deeper connection to the waters they ride.

The reports from coast to coast are best summed up with quotes like "amazingly smooth" and "synergistic with nature."

A matching "featherlight" handmade wood paddle is included with each paddle board. The unique bent shaft drives strokes deeper and faster with no deflection which helps ease up the wear and tear on the paddler's shoulders for much longer peaceful times out on the water.

Little Bay Boards has been building custom wooden paddle boards since 2012 and is now proud to offer one of the world's largest selections of hand-built "In Stock - Ready to Ride" wooden paddle boards.

The waters we ride tell us a story, paddling on a paddle board from Little Bay Boards helps us to hear it.
