Badger® Paddles... For those who dig the water.
Celebrating 15 Years in 2024!

Badger creates made-to-order premium solid wood canoe paddles in Muskoka, Ontario Canada and is owned and operated by partners Mike and Fiona, a husband and wife team.

Badger makes traditional canoe paddles from Cherry, Sassafras, Walnut and other specialty woods. Known for our high quality and easy to maintain oil finish, our Badger Wood Oil is food contact safe and can be used for multiple wood projects including cuttings boards, axe handles, and more.

Also, every adult length Badger canoe paddle includes a reusable Badger Paddle sock.

At Badger, we believe in the importance of spending time in nature. The canoe is what connects us to the wilderness by way of lakes and rivers. Your paddle is the link between you, the water, and the canoe. A well balanced, handcrafted Badger canoe paddle only heightens that interconnection and brings you closer to nature and tradition.

Come see Mike to talk wood, sizing, shapes, and all things paddles and help us to celebrate our 15 year anniversary!
