RAINN
Lobby: L43

132 Pine Street
Oconomowoc, WI 53066

This spring, Emilie Burditt is hiking 1,200 miles on Wisconsin's Ice Age Trail in just 23 days, averaging 55 miles a day, in hopes of setting a new self-supported speed record. In her attempt, she'll be the first woman to ever attempt a self-supported fastest known time on the Ice Age Trail and the first Wisconsinite to do so.

Emilie is taking on this challenge solo, acknowledging the risks women face while refusing to let fear stand in the way of her dreams. Along the way, she's raising $5,500 for RAINN to support survivors of sexual violence and help prevent abuse through education, advocacy and 24/7 survivor support. Her hike is about resilience, visibility and community.
