||Mary is a Medical Exercise Specialist, a Paddling Instructor and a Coach. She has guided trips for all ages and loves just about anything outdoors! When she is not paddling, she enjoys running, skiing, playing her cello and spending time with her family and friends.
This is an opportunity to get up and move around while you are watching the presentation. Find an open space, wear comfortable clothing and get ready to stretch, bend and practice some moves that can help you build strength in the off-season as well as prevent injuries during a day of paddling. No equipment is necessary and exercises are appropriate for any age or fitness level.
