||"Since my first pontoon boat ride out on Eagle Lake before I could walk I have been in love with water. I started paddling soon after and in all those years, I really haven't gotten much better at it! I think I've swam out of more watercraft than most people have ever seen! But my biggest passion now is sharing the water and the outdoors with my wife and two daughters." Blake comes to us from our friends at NRS and despite 16 years working in the paddlesports industry, this is Blake's very first Canoecopia! When Blake isn't paddling (or swimming next to a boat), you can find him skiing, hiking, biking, or just chasing his daughters around outside and loving every second of it." Blake is brought to us by our friends at NRS.
Cold feet... cold hands... just plain cold. Sweaty...sun burnt. Neoprene vs. dry suit? Is it really a ladies fit, or is it just purple? This splash jacket looks a lot like my rain jacket? No where in the World (seriously) will you see the variety of paddling clothing that you will at Canoecopia. But wow... it's a lot to digest. Take some time to relax, bring a snack or a beverage, and hang out with Canoecopia presenter Blake Longworth. In this open discussion, he will address everything above and then some and make sure he answers all your questions, even the weird ones. In the end, you will walk away with a better understanding of what to wear paddling, for any season.
