 Foraging at the Water's Edge
Bear - upstairs Fri 4:30pm-5:15pm
Do you ever wonder about the wild edibles that could be found within reach as you are paddling down a stream, river, or lake shore? How do you identify which plants and fungi are safe to eat or where you are allowed to harvest them? Join Chris Gavin as we cover the basics of getting into foraging wild foods with a focus on those found at the water's edge. Chris will discuss how to safely, legally, and sustainably harvest wild food on your next paddle!
