  Bill Schultz



Bill Schultz lives in New Berlin and Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and is one of the top smallmouth bass anglers in the country. Since his first smallie in 1994, he has caught and released over 35,000 with 20,000 coming while kayaking and wading across southern Wisconsin. His talks and articles the past 25 years have turned thousands onto the fun and excitement of chasing smallmouth bass on rivers and lakes throughout Wisconsin. During 2025 he caught and released over 1,100 kayak smallies in Door County! He is on the National Pro Staffs for Jackson Kayak, Malone Auto Racks/Trailers, Bending Branches Paddles, Astral Design, St. Croix Rods, Keitech USA, Z-Man Fishing, Glacier Outdoors, Rebel Lures, Acme/Kalin's and Gopher Tackle.
