Adult, Family & Youth Paddling Opportunities

Based on current public health recommendations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have cancelled the following courses:

-All youth camps through June.
-All adult classes through June. We are working on a case by case basis to offer Private Lessons.
-ACA Instructor Certification Workshops - Canoe, Kayak and SUP.
-The Door County Sea Kayak Symposium in July.

As always, the safety and well-being of our participants and instructors is our number one priority, and we are working on ways to hold courses while adhering to these standards. With information changing quickly, we thank you for your patience as we determine the right course of action.

We will update the website if anything should change.

Whether you're new to paddling or a seasoned veteran, Rutabaga Outdoor Programs can help you improve the quality and enjoyment of your paddling experiences. For over 30 years we've taught thousands of children and adults the skills to enjoy canoeing, kayaking and stand up paddling (SUP). We invite you to discover our wide range of classes for all ages and abilities. We hope you'll join us for some on-water fun and learning this season!
